Update on Custom LED License Plate Orders: New Timeline

If you ordered a custom LED license plate during the November pre-order, this post is for you. There's a delay, and you deserve a straight explanation.

What Happened

Materials were ordered in early December with an expected arrival in early January. The Southern California fires disrupted our supplier's logistics — they were impacted directly, and fulfillment slipped. Our facility is unaffected, but we couldn't build what hadn't arrived. The delay is real, and it pushed the entire production schedule back.

If You Were Affected by the Fires

Some of you may be dealing with more than a delayed license plate right now. If the fires affected you directly and you need flexibility with your order, reach out. We can issue a full refund, hold your order until you're ready, or ship to a different address. No questions asked.

Updated Timeline

• Wednesday, January 22: Materials ship from supplier.
• Wednesday, January 29: Materials arrive at our facility.
• Thursday, January 30: Assembly begins.
• Monday, February 3: Machining starts.
• Tuesday, February 4: Shipping begins, processed in order of purchase.

Orders will be processed in the sequence they were placed. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
