Our Story — Code Red Performance
It started with a $200 3D printer and a problem nobody had bothered to solve.
The FD RX-7 needed a plug-and-play brake light flasher kit. Nothing existed. So one was built. That was the template — find what the community actually needs, engineer it properly, and release it. Not the other way around.
Built for the Void
The first 3D printed product was a mount for the HKS Twin Power ignition amplifier. Nobody else was making it. Nobody else was selling it. That gap in the market became the entire philosophy: Code Red Performance only enters a space where a genuine void exists.
From one printer and one product to over 65 unique SKUs — every single one engineered from necessity. If someone else is already doing it well, we move on.

OEM Standards. No Exceptions.
'Good enough' has never been the standard here. The custom LED Japanese license plates went through 25+ iterations and over $1,000 in prototyping — including sourcing genuine Japanese license plates to verify dimensional accuracy down to the millimeter.
Every 3D printed part is reverse-engineered for OEM-perfect fitment. No cutting. No drilling. No permanent modifications. If it doesn't install correctly, it doesn't ship.
From the Community, For the Community
Code Red Performance isn't a company that looked at the JDM market and saw a business opportunity. It grew directly from being part of it — at meets, in forums, doing the same builds as the people buying these parts.
That's not a marketing position. It's just how it happened.

The Catalog
Every product in the Code Red Performance catalog exists because it needed to exist. Discontinued parts. Hard-to-find components. Things that were simply never made for the FD RX-7 or the broader JDM community — until now.
